Lilith Dark’s Baltimore Debut Was A Huge Success!

Lilith Dark creator CDowd and his grumpy kid.
I want to thank all of the fans, fellow creators, and friends who all came out to the Baltimore Comic-Con this weekend to support me and the debut of Lilith Dark #1. My expectations were blown away by the awesome response. If every Con Lilith appears at is half as successful as this was, things will be just fine. After just about a year or more of working on the comic and site, it feels great to know that there are people out there who actually care and enjoy the work I’ve been doing. To all of you, THANK YOU!
Now, on to the next con!
~Charlie

Glad it was a success. Might have been better if “grumpy kid” would have hocked some wares. How did the plushes go over?
#Protip – Don’t expect a 7 year old to sit behind a con booth all day and be happy about it.
Only sold one doll, BUT, they attracted a LOT of kids and parents who got to hear my sales pitch, and most ended up buying a book because of it. They were a GREAT conversation starter. They made the table IMHO.
So glad the show went well, Charles. It was great to have you as a booth neighbor. Really enjoyed the comic. Until next year, eh?
Next year indeed. If not sooner.
was great to see you again, had a blast! Glad you did well! This year’s con was a great improvement from last years!!!!
Now, to figure out how to buy the book via your site since I’m an idiot and didn’t remember to BUY the dang thing.
Thanks Dawn! I guess now would be a good time to post the book on the site…
